Can I use this theme with WordPress.com?

The WP.com version is a freemium platform with different subscription options. Until recently, there was no support for custom themes on WP.com - now you can add them but on the  Business Plan only.

Then there is the more popular WordPress.org which is free and open source - it can be setup on almost any web host. This WordPress version has always supported custom themes and is what 99% of users on ThemeForest use.

So all you have to do is sign up for a hosting account with a one-click WordPress install and if you already have a domain you can move it to your new hosting account.
