QuickCal / Booked - How to Enable the Registration Option

For the registration option in the plugin, there are three parts to note:

1. Ensure that you have Registered Booking enabled in the main settings area under Appointments > Settings (this may also appear as Bookings > Settings)

2. You need to enable the global WordPress setting that allows users to register for your site which is under Settings > General: "Membership - Anyone can register"

3. Just note that the option only shows up if you are NOT already logged in to WordPress on the website. You can either log out, or use a different browser to view it as a customer.
