Formidable Forms Lite is a free form builder plugin. We've made it easy to add a form with enhanced styles.

Form Shortcode

• Shortcode - Add your formidable form shortcode e.g.: [formidable id=3]
• Formidable Form Style - Choose from include, stacked mode (defaults to no style)
• Form background - Optional available when Stacked Style us selected. Sets a bordered background for the form. Great if your form is overtop of an image or solid color background.
• Align - Align your form left, center or right.
• Content Width - Control the max width of your form.
